What are the legal rights of transgender and gender non-conforming parents? Can an ex-partner cut off child custody or visitation when a parent transitions? Will single and/or married transgender or gender non-conforming people face difficulty adopting or fostering a child? Also, what does the law say about marrying pre- or post-transition? Come to this workshop to hear more about the legal issues affecting transgender and gender non-conforming parents!
